The presentation will emphasise the importance of leading with kindness, which improves employee satisfaction scores and positively contributes to the leader’s personal well-being. As the Principal and Chief Operating Officer of the Nordic International School in Lahore, Pakistan, it is these 3 rules which have allowed me to manage the daily pressures of leading both the academic and management side of the school. In this presentation, I will talk about tools to manage your own emotions effectively. Moreover, I will explain the importance of having frameworks around day-to-day conversations to improve communication effectiveness within the organisation.
