"Over 20 years in education,  I have climbed my way up to this position going through different posts and experiences. I hold Masters in Educational Leadership and Management- Nottingham University, High Studies Diploma, DELTA- Cambridge University, CELTA- Cambridge,  Train The Trainer- Cambridge. I worked as a teacher for adults approximately for 12 years at Riyadh Colleges for Dentistry and Pharmacy and at King Saud University. After this, I started my career in management at King Saud University holding different posts, but the most prominent was Professional Development Coordinator.  After a few years, I shifted to schools to head Alhussan International Girls School for 6 years. Right after, I handled my current position as the Director of International Education. My plus point in handling different positions is being both academically and administratively strong. Yet, my passion is deeply rooted in training. I always give trainings regardless the post I hold. Many trainings I gave focused on students-centered strategies, lesson planning, classroom management, technology usage and so on. I also gave trainings to other fellow leaders of the Cambridge Schools Community on leadership. Also after the pandemic,  I focused on the well-being of my staff members and gave them a very fruitful course throughout the year on how to be positive and think positively. To conclude, I would lie to add that I have been a speaker or a trainer in different conferences."
