I am an educator with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Head of the English Department. My journey in education has been driven by a deep passion for English literature and a commitment to nurturing students' academic and personal growth. With a Master's degree in English Literature, I have built a career that bridges traditional teaching with innovative approaches to learning. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with both the American and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula. These diverse experiences have allowed me to adapt my teaching methods to meet the varied needs of my students. My goal has always been to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where students can thrive. Beyond the classroom, I have taken on roles as a trainer and mentor, guiding fellow educators in their professional development and fostering a culture of excellence within my department. A significant focus of my work has been on enhancing students' public speaking abilities. By introducing TED-Ed programs, I have provided students with platforms to develop their communication skills, express their ideas confidently, and engage with broader audiences. Throughout my career, I have been honored with national and international accolades, recognizing my contributions to education. My leadership is defined by a vision of inclusivity, innovation, and excellence.I continuously seek to explore interdisciplinary approaches and integrating technology.
