Dr. Rona Mackenzie has been a leader in education and industry for over 30 years. Currently, she is the Director of Future Leaders at Inspirational Group, where she designs and delivers transformational leadership and coaching programs to develop character, leadership behaviours, and coaching skills in young people. Her work empowers future leaders to act with purpose, integrity, and resilience. Rona's extensive career includes 20 years in the education sector, serving as Principal of Lincoln University Technical College, Deputy Headteacher, and Director of Teaching and Learning across various institutions. She has also inspected schools as an Ofsted Additional Inspector. Rona holds a Doctorate in Leadership in Education, a Masters in Educational Disadvantage, and is currently completing a Masters in Character Education. Her qualifications include the Professional Qualification for School Inspectors, the National Professional Qualification for Headship, and certifications in Hogan, ECR, and DISC. Beyond education, Rona has brought her strategic and leadership expertise to executive roles in the business sector, including as Chief Operating Officer for a luxury jewellery company.
