I am a passionate educator, advocate, and certified life coach with over six years of experience empowering individuals with additional needs. My professional journey has been dedicated to fostering inclusion, supporting personal growth, and creating transformative learning experiences. Currently, I lead the Learning Support Assistant (LSA) team at Beech Hall School and serve as the Lead Coordinator for the "Mawhiba" program, where I guide talented students toward achieving their full potential. As a certified trainer by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and a Family and Educational Consultant accredited by the American Institute for Development, I have trained over 2,000 individuals in diverse areas, including human development, childhood, and motivation. I am also a certified life coach, enabling me to provide holistic support to individuals as they navigate personal and professional challenges. My expertise extends to speech and language therapy, with a focus on tailored interventions that create lasting impact. Empowering others and fostering inclusive communities are at the heart of what I do. Through my leadership, training, and coaching, I aim to inspire individuals to unlock their potential and thrive in every aspect of their lives.
