Dubai brings Great Success for Double First Ltd at the GESS 2009 Exhibition

Double First Ltd was overjoyed at the success of its presence at the Gulf Educational Supplies & Solutions (GESS) Exhibition in Dubai in March.
Schools from all over the Gulf region descended on the GESS 2009 Exhibition to visit a wide range of suppliers to Education, and many came to see the Engage by Double First school information management software on display.
The exhibition was held in the Airport Expo at Dubai, home of many great exhibitions and events throughout the year. The purpose-built venue proved to be perfect for the GESS 2009 Exhibition, enabling a high number of schools to speak to the Double First team.
Existing and New Schools
Richard Jones, Group Sales Director for Double First Ltd, attended the exhibition.
Speaking on the success of the event, Richard commented, ‘Many schools which we had already met came to visit the Double First stand at the GESS Exhibition, but what really surprised us was how many new schools were keen to see the recent Engage software developments.’
Richard continued, ‘Increasingly so, schools are hearing how effective our software has become in schools and they too want to experience it for themselves! These are very exciting times for schools and all the staff at Double First.’
‘Effective use of Technology in Schools Throughout the World’
Group Chairman, Piers du Pré, as one of the main Speakers at the exhibition, delivered a very successful lecture on the ‘Effective use of Technology in Schools Throughout the World,’ which was attended by many delegates who gained a valuable insight into the subject.
‘A real eye-opener,’ said one delegate, while another stated it was ‘possibly the most informative part of the whole exhibition.’ All who attended took something away with them to share with others back in their own school.
