Quality Content Specialist in Academics

Science Oasis International Schools

I am a seasoned educator, teacher trainer, and quality assurance expert with over 22 years of experience in education. Having worked as an Academic Director and Quality Assurance Supervisor, I specialize in curriculum innovation, instructional excellence, and integrating technology with pedagogy to enhance student learning outcomes. With a strong background in teacher training, I have conducted numerous professional development workshops to empower educators with effective teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and student engagement techniques. Beyond academics, I have been instrumental in implementing non-academic curricula, ensuring a holistic approach to student development that fosters critical thinking, emotional intelligence (EQ), and real-world problem-solving skills. Passionate about bridging the gap between technology, pedagogy, and real-world application, I am currently working on integrating AI and digital tools into education while maintaining the human-centric aspects of learning. As a key driver of Cognia accreditation efforts, I have developed school policies, KPIs, and strategic frameworks to enhance both academic and administrative excellence in institutions. While I am new to public speaking at seminars, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience in education leadership, quality assurance, and teacher training, making this session highly insightful, practical, and transformative for educators.

Bridging the Gap Between Technology, Pedagogy, and Real-World Application: Rethinking Education for the Future

As we move further into the digital age, while technology can greatly enhance the learning experience, it also raises the question: how do we ensure that below-average students and non-tech-savvy learners can fully benefit from it? In this session, we will explore how AI can be harnessed to achieve differentiated instruction, reaching diverse learners while maintaining a human-centric approach that is accessible to all. We will also discuss how to reshape education for the future—one where students are not only equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their careers but are also prepared to lead lives that contribute to a sustainable future. With a focus on sustainable living, we will explore how educators can integrate sustainability into the curriculum, using both pedagogical innovation and technology to teach students the importance of caring for the environment while navigating the challenges of a fast-changing world.
