Nabila Bashir is the Director of Business Development and Growth at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA), bringing over two decades of experience spanning strategy, program development, communication, research, teaching, and technology. Additionally, she serves as an evaluator for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) in the USA. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at QRTA. Recognized for her contributions, Nabila was selected as a TechWomen fellow in 2018, representing Jordan in Silicon Valley in a mentorship program by the Department of State in the U.S. She received the ""Queen Rania Outstanding Teacher Cambridge Award"" in 2012 and serves as an international examiner for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). Nabila completed the Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She holds a Master's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Jordan. Nabila is also a Middle East Professional Learning (MEPLI) fellow from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
