A PhD holder in Education Technology and E-Learning and NPQH certified, he has a proven track record in curriculum development, technology integration, and innovative teaching methodologies. Moustapha's leadership extends to fostering collaborative teaching teams, implementing child protection policies, and navigating operational strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic through synchronous and asynchronous learning models. His work also includes promoting STEM education, designing robotics programs, and integrating emerging technologies in classrooms. Recognized as an NEASC-approved accreditor, ETEC- approved accreditor , a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and a recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the NEACS Service Award in 2021 and the Excellence in Education Award at the Education 2.0 Conference in 2024, Moustapha is a dedicated advocate for educational innovation and reform.
