She is an Early Childhood Professional, qualified trainer & Positive Discipline Parent Coach with 15 years of experience in teaching, managing nurseries, training & coaching educators & nursery managers. She wanted to work in early years education for as long as she can remember, as she believes that educators have a real impact on children's lives, one that lasts a lifetime. Her dedication to promoting Inclusion in Education has been recognized with numerous awards, including being named one of the “Empowering Women in Education 2021”, She is also proud of being the GESS awards finalist in the category of “Best Initiative for Inclusion and Wellbeing” 2021 as well as being from the GESS awards finalist in the category of “Outstanding Contribution to Education” in 2022.
