As a passionate leader with expertise in data and assessment, I am driven to elevate teaching and learning through strategic use of information. With over a decade of experience, I have cultivated a diverse skillset, transforming traditional lessons into engaging experiences for learners. My background in data analysis allows me to identify areas for improvement and celebrate student strengths. In my current role as Head of Data and Assessment at American International School in Dubai, I orchestrate internal and external assessments (MAP, CAT4, PASS), ensuring smooth scheduling and organization. Furthermore, I actively participate in Quality Assurance for internal assessments and administers External International Benchmark Exams. This approach extends to my public speaking engagements, where I have trained teachers on various digital platforms and the effective utilization of data through triangulation methods. My key responsibilities and skills include: -Proficient in using data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in student performance and school operations. -Experienced in designing, administering, and analyzing a variety of assessments, including standardized tests and internal assessments. Plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing annual school improvement plans, utilizing data to inform decision-making. Ensures adherence to quality standards in all aspects of school operations, including curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
