Her career spans roles such as educational consultant, administrator, program coordinator, and teacher, with a track record of elevating educational standards in Bahrain and internationally. Thana has established and managed schools in Ireland, the UAE, the Caribbean Islands, and Morocco, focusing on creating innovative learning environments tailored to students needs. Thanas expertise lies in school management, leadership, and curriculum development. She is skilled in implementing Montessori methods that foster holistic development and student-centered learning. Her academic qualifications include a Masters Degree in Education from Loyola University Maryland, USA, and an AMI Primary Diploma from the Montessori Institute of San Diego. She is also an AMI Certified Teacher Trainer and holds additional certifications in Montessori education and patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu.
