The PE team has grown by over 100% and has a highly innovative approach to the development of leadership and growing talent with within. Turnover of staff in the department is extremely below the MENA average, spot sickness the lowest in the school and well-being scores amongst the highest. The PE and Sport team have adopted a high performance culture from within and this has translated to the students. The school boasts a world first scalable 'High Performance' PE curriculum for all students with on-site sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, sports psychology and sports recovery facilities partnered with the global brand Under Armour to drive excellence at extremely competitive mid market price point. All this was possible by a focus on prioritising culture, vision and values development and rebranding PE and Sport from the ground up.
