Alan Ng, 50 years old is the Founder & Chief Executive of MINDRICH International Secondary School, being one of the 10,000 Cambridge schools in Malaysia. Alan has more than 30 years of experience in the private education field.   He earned a degree in Management with Law (Hons) from the University of London in 1998. Upon graduation, Alan had a 6 years corporate experience where he got his first and final job with Pfizer Inc, Malaysia, a Pharmaceutical Multinational Corporation from USA as a Professional Medical Representative promoting medicinal drugs to medical practitioners. He worked in Malaysia office for 4 years and 2 years in Singapore. His last position was as an Area Business Manager in Singapore in charge of marketing and sales operation in Singapore. For the love of teaching, while he worked for Pfizer during daytime, he was still actively teaching tuition to SPM students and O-Levels students at night. Alan came back to Malaysia in 2004 and started his own tuition centre, Pusat Tuisyen MindaJaya (MJ tuition centre) in 2005. At the peak of the operation in 2008-2012, MJ tuition centre has almost 500 students.
