Abdelmajeed Shamlawi Executive Director of Organizational Performance and Technology Abdelmajeed serves as the Executive Director of Organizational Performance and Technology. With over two decades of experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector, Donors management and organizational development, Mr. Shamlawi has led significant projects such as Jordans REACH and REACH2025 initiatives, enhancing the countrys digital economy, managing large scale donors economic development programs, NGOs and not-for-profit organizations. His previous roles include the Chief Operations Officer at Oasis500, member of the board of Trustees of Princes Sumaya University for Technology, Strategist and Co-Founder of Y-Consult, and CEO of the ICT Association of Jordan (int@j), where he drove technology, innovation, strategic growth, and sustainability. At QRTA, Mr. Shamlawi has been developing and implementing the organization strategy, integrating technology into education programs and organization functions, and advancing the Academys  business model and sustainability. His expertise in developing strategic plans and partnerships significantly contributes to QRTAs regional and international impact. He holds a Masters degree in Management Information Systems as well as a Computer Engineering Bachelor degree.
