The panel will delve into why it's vital for teachers to embody leadership qualities and how these abilities better equip them to nurture leadership skills in their students. A key element of this discussion will be the equal importance of fostering leadership and traditional subjects like math in our educational system. Balancing these elements prepares students for life beyond academia, empowering them with invaluable leadership skills such as decision-making and resilience. We will expound on the premise that anyone can be a leader, explaining how leadership cultivation can enhance everyone's potential and, most notably, contribute significantly to children's well-being and growth.
