Aishah Ahmed Nekiwala

At 27, Aishah Ahmed Nekiwala is an accomplished Middle Leader and English Teacher. After earning all A*s at A Level, she began her career in the UK, teaching in an all-boys school where she earned a Leadership Award and was nominated for Teacher of the Year. Now based in Saudi Arabia, she teaches at an all-girls school, bringing a wealth of experience across diverse settings. Aishah has completed the UK’s Middle Leadership Course, the Cambridge Educational Leadership Programme, COBIS certification, and is currently pursuing NPQSL. Her work focuses on closing attainment gaps through research-led strategies, with a particular emphasis on oracy, feedback, and empowering student voice. Her teaching is consistently rated as good or outstanding, and she has led initiatives that strengthen both academic success and student confidence.
